Data Integrity - Updating New Records in CRM

Data Integrity keeps your CRM data clean, so you always have a consistent and unified view of your customers and prospects. With this release, you can customize when to push updates to new records created in your CRM. See Creating an Account Management Process in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Creating an Account Management Process in Salesforce CRM for more information. 

  1. Go to the Data Integrity main dashboard. 
  2. To create a new process, click New Process.
  3. To edit an existing process, see processes on the right of the page. Click to expand the process that you want to edit. Click to edit.
  4. On the How do you want to update your accounts? screen, go to Update Frequency > Update accounts on creation. Choose from the following options. 
    • Only apply process to {Object type} created on or after {date} - Object records are updated starting on the specified date.
    • Apply process to all Accounts - All records are updated.
    • Create custom segmentation - Custom segmentation of records are updated.
  5. Click next
