Re-authenticate or Update Integration Credentials for Data Integrity in Salesforce

Prerequisites/Preparation

You must have Admin privileges in Salesforce and Demandbase Data Integrity.

Steps

  1. Log into Salesforce.
  2. Get the user name, password, and security token. See the Reset Your Security Token article in Salesforce for instructions. 
  3. Click the InsideView Data Integrity tab.
  4. At the top right, click the drop-down next to your profile > Admin.

  5. Go to Account Settings > Integrations.

  6. Hover over the Salesforce integration you want to re-authenticate or update and click the pencil icon.

  7. Click Next.

  8. Click Next.

  9. In the Integration User Details box, click Edit.

  10. Enter the Salesforce integration user username, password, and security token. Click Save & Close.
