Add a Person Record to Sales Intelligence in Salesforce

If you can't find a Person record in the Demandbase Sales Intelligence app in your Salesforce, you can submit basic people details to Demandbase. Within 48 hours, our team validates your submission and makes edits as needed.

Steps

  1. In Salesforce, go to any Account record. 
  2. Go to the Demandbase Sales Intelligence app and click the People tab.  
  3. Search for a person record. 
  4. If you don't find the person you’re looking for, scroll to the bottom of the page and click Add a Person.

  5. On the Add a Person form, enter the First and Last name, Title, and Email. 
  6. Click Add Person
