Exporting Companies and People as Accounts, Leads, and Contacts to Your CRM

  • Updated

The Export option allows you to create new records or update existing records in your CRM. You can export Companies from both the Insights Platform (List Build Search, Family Tree, Global Search, Browser Extension) and Demandbase (Insideview) Insights Salesforce App Package. Leads and Contacts can be exported from the Insights Platform (List Build Search, People tab, Global Search, and Browser Extension.)

Note: Leads and Contacts Multi-Sync option is available only for Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365 customers who have purchased the Insights Enterprise or Elite license.
