Available only for: Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Salesforce CRM editions.
The Salesforce administrator must grant View Setup and Configuration access for standard users to allow access to InsideView Enrich setup pages (i.e. view the object details, page layouts, and other components.) The account administrator must go to the Profile/Permission Set page under the System Permissions and enable the View Setup and Configuration checkbox.

Currently, InsideView Enrich does not support Salesforce CRM's Group and Professional editions. The Group edition does not support Workflow Rules and Outbound Messaging features, which is required to install InsideView Enrich.
Installing Insideview Enrich in your Salesforce CRM is an easy process. This article outlines the steps to complete your installation.

Sign up for InsideView Enrich

Install the InsideView Enrich App Package in Salesforce
Once the InsideView's Customer Success Manager authorizes your account, you will receive another email with your InsideView Enrich account status and installation information.
To install InsideView Enrich package in your Salesforce account:

Configure Field Mapping between InsideView Enrich and Salesforce
After you install the InsideView Enrich solution package, the standard fields in InsideView Enrich are automatically mapped to the relevant fields in Salesforce CRM. However, you can customize the automapping as per your requirements. You can also overwrite the data on some of the fields in your CRM records with the data in InsideView Enrich.
Follow these steps to configure the field mapping:

Note: The Overwrite Existing checkbox will work only with the default mappings. |
