Sales Intelligence administrators can adjust Data Export settings in the Account Admin section. Data export allows Demandbase to export and update Account, Contact, and Lead data from Sales Intelligence to your CRM.
Steps: Manage Export Settings by Field

From the left navigation bar, go to Settings and click Unified Admin Portal.

From the left navigation bar, click Integrations and click the name of a Salesforce integration.
- Click Accounts tab and go to the desired field.
Tip: You can also edit export settings for Contact and Lead fields by going to the Contacts and Leads tabs. -
Under Bulk Record Export or Single Record Export, click the drop-down and choose from the following rules:
- No restrictions - All Demandbase data is pushed to CRM, overwriting existing data.
- Update, if blank - Demandbase data is only pushed to CRM if CRM field is blank.

Do not update - Demandbase data is never pushed to CRM.
- Click Save.
Steps: Manage Export Settings by Object

Click Accounts tab and click Account export settings.
Tip: You can also edit export settings for Contact and Lead objects by going to the Contacts and Leads tabs.

Toggle on/off the following rules:

Bulk Record Export and Single Record Export:
- Update existing records in CRM.
- Create new records in CRM.
- Create duplicate records in CRM.
- Branch Export:
- Export branch records to CRM as new account records.
- Export branch records to CRM as new account records.

Bulk Record Export and Single Record Export:
- Click Save.
