Your Sales Intelligence account administrator can activate, change, or deactivate user licenses.
Steps: See License Allocation
- Log in Sales Intelligence as an admin.
- Go to the top right of the page, click the drop down next to your account icon and click Account Admin.
- Next to the User Management header, you can see the number of available licenses
Steps: Activate a User License
- Click on the Deactivated tab.
- Search for a user by name or title.
- Go to the user, hover over the License column and choose a license type.
- Choose a license type.
Steps: Change Active User License Type
- Click on the All Active or desired license type tab.
- Search for a user by name or title.
- Go to the user, hover over the License column and choose a license type.
Steps: Deactivate a User License
- Click on the All Active or desired license type tab.
- Search for a user by name or title.
- Go to the user. Under the Deactivate column, click the X.
