Which browsers are compatible with the InsideView extension?

The InsideView browser extension currently works in Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge browsers. See our Knowledge Base article about how to configure the extension for each browser.

How do I log in to the InsideView browser extension?

Login to the InsideView browser extension using the same username and password that you use to login to InsideView Insights.

Alternatively, if your organization has a CRM integration configured, such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics, you can log in through your CRM.

Which websites are compatible with the InsideView browser extension?

The InsideView browser extension is available on any website you visit and is also compatible with company and contact profiles on LinkedIn, Salesforce, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM pages.

Why don’t I see the InsideView browser extension tab on some websites that I visit?

The InsideView browser extension tab is only shown by default on LinkedIn, Salesforce, and Microsoft Dynamics pages. To open the extension on another website, simply click the InsideView icon in your browser bar to initiate the application for the website you’re visiting.

Tip: Pin InsideView to your browser bar to make it easier to get quick access to the company and contact information from any website.

Does the extension track my browsing history?
