How to Suppress Companies from a Search

You can exclude companies from a search by adding a company Suppression List filter. Create a Suppression List using watchlists, saved lists, saved searches, or importing a data file. 

All the people that are associated with the suppressed companies are also excluded from the people search results.

Important: The .xlsx, .xls, or .csv file must have the InsideView ID field. 

Steps

1. Log in to Target.
2. Build a list of accounts you want to exclude using filters or by uploading a list of companies. 
3. Build or edit an existing company list using filters or by uploading a list of companies. 

4. Go to the Filters tab and click Suppression List.

5. Choose the account list you want to exclude and click Apply.
