Overview

Demandbase ROI dashboards provide a detailed summary of the influence Demandbase has across the Lead, Opportunity, Contact, and Account objects within Salesforce. The Dashboard feature is included in the latest version of Demandbase for Salesforce. You can install it if you are a user or upgrade your version using these instructions.

Dashboards and Reports

There are three types of dashboards, each contain a series of reports:

  • Demandbase Account and Contact Influence
  • Demandbase Lead Influence
  • Demandbase Opportunity Influence

Demandbase Account and Contact Influence

The Demandbase Account and Contact Influence dashboard displays how many accounts and contacts have been enriched and created using Demandbase. These reports also display details of the accounts or contacts enriched or created by each account owner. You can customize your report summary information by setting parameters and a time frame.

There are four reports in this dashboard:

Accounts Enriched by Demandbase by Owner: Displays how many accounts have been enriched by the account owners in SFDC using Demandbase, within a specified time frame.

Contacts Enriched by Demandbase by Contact Owner: Displays how many contacts have been enriched by the contact owners in SFDC using Demandbase, within a specified time frame.

Accounts Created by Demandbase by Account Owner: Displays how many accounts have been created by the account owners in SFDC using Demandbase, within a specified time frame.

Contacts Created by Demandbase by Contact Owner: Displays how many contacts have been created by the contact owners in SFDC using Demandbase, within a specified time frame.

Demandbase Lead Influence

The Demandbase Lead Influence dashboard displays how Demandbase has helped enrich your Leads across your team. These reports also display details of the leads enriched or created by each lead owners. You can customize your report summary information by setting parameters and a time frame.

There are four reports in this dashboard:

Leads Enriched by Demandbase by Lead Owner: Displays all leads enriched by the lead owners using Demandbase against a target, within a specified time frame.

Leads Enriched by Demandbase by Lead Status: Displays all leads enriched by lead owners by lead status, such as qualified, open, converted, etc., within a time frame using Demandbase.

Leads Enriched by Demandbase by User: Displays all leads enriched in Salesforce.com by users using Demandbase, within a time frame.

Leads Created by Demandbase by User: all leads created in Salesforce.com using Demandbase, within a time frame.

 

Demandbase Opportunity Influence

The Demandbase Opportunity Influence dashboard displays how Demandbase has helped enrich your Opportunities, by opportunity stages (such as discovery, renewal etc.), types (mid/small market, etc.) and opportunity owners. These reports also display details of what opportunities were enriched by the owners. You can customize your report summary information by setting parameters and a time frame.

There are three reports in this dashboard:

Opportunities Influenced by Demandbase by Opportunity Stage: Displays all opportunities enriched by the owners using Demandbase at every opportunity stage, within a specified time frame. For example, the number of opportunities enriched during discovery stage, or during closed won stage.

Opportunities Influenced by Demandbase by Opportunity Type: Displays all opportunities enriched by owners by opportunity type, such as small or mid-market etc., within a time frame using Demandbase.

Opportunities Influenced by Demandbase by Owner: Displays all opportunities enriched in Salesforce.com by opportunity owners using Demandbase, within a time frame.
