Configure Web Browser Settings
Sales Intelligence may not load and display the following error message when about blank, Demandbase, CRM, or Microsoft websites are not part of the trusted sites in your web browser and the system is unable to keep the session live.
"User account identifier is not provided. Add *.insideview.com to the set of trusted sites".
See below instructions on how to configure browser settings and grant access to Sales Intelligence.
Allow Cookies in Microsoft Edge Browser
- Go to Settings in the Microsoft Edge browser
- Click on Cookies and site permissions Manage and Delete Cookies and Site Data.
- Scroll down to Allow and click Add.
- Enter [*.]insideview.com and check Include third-party cookies on this site. Click Add.
- If you have the Demandbase ABX product, repeat Step 3 and enter [*.]demandbase.com. Check Include third-party cookies on this site and click Add.
- If you integrated Sales Intelligence with your Microsoft Dynamics CRM, repeat Step 3 and enter the entire URL of the Dynamics CRM. Check Include third-party cookies on this site and click Add.
- Relaunch the Microsoft Edge browser.
Clear Cookies in Microsoft Edge Browser
- Go to Settings in the Microsoft Edge web browser.
- Click on Cookies and site permissions Manage and Delete Cookies and Site Data.
- Click on See all cookies and site data.
- Enter Insideview in the search box. Click the trash icon to remove cookies.
Allow Cookies in Google Chrome Browser
- Open Google Chrome browser and enter chrome://settings/cookies in the address bar.
- Click Allow third-party cookies.
- Relaunch the Google Chrome browser.
Whitelist Demandbase in Google Chrome Browser
- Open Google Chrome browser and enter chrome://settings/cookies in the address bar.
- Scroll down to the Allowed to use third-party cookies section and click Add.
- Enter the following:
- [*.]demandbase.com
- [*.]insideview.com
- URL of your CRM.
- Click Add.
- Relaunch the Google Chrome browser.
Clear Cookies in Google Chrome Browser
- Open Google Chrome browser and enter the following in the address bar:
- For Demandbase cookies - chrome://settings/content/all?searchSubpage=demandbase&search=cookies
- For InsideView cookies - chrome://settings/content/all?searchSubpage=insideview&search=cookies
- Click Delete displayed data.
- Relaunch the Google Chrome browser.
Allow Cookies in Firefox Browser
- Go to Settings in the Firefox web browser.
- Click Privacy & Security and go to Enhanced Tracking Protection.
- Click Manage Exceptions.
- Enter https://www.demandbase.com, https://authentication.demandbase.com, https://my.insideview.com, and the URL of your CRM. Click Add Exception.
- Click Save Changes.
Clear Cookies in Firefox Browser
- Go to Settings in the Firefox web browser.
- In the Settings page, click Privacy & Security and go to Cookies and Site Data.
- Click Manage Data.
- Clear cache and cookies.
- For Demandbase, search for demandbase and click Remove All Shown.
- For Insideview, search for Insideview and click Remove All Shown.
- If you're having issues accessing Demandbase within your CRM, search for the URL of your CRM and click Remove All Shown.
- Click Save Changes.
- In the pop up box, click Remove.
- In the left navigation bar, click Privacy & Security. Go to History and click Clear History.
- Choose desired time range and click Clear Now.
