Installing Sales Intelligence Dashboards in Salesforce

This set of instructions is for new users, and existing users who are upgrading their packages.

To check how Demandbase is impacting your sales within Salesforce.com, you can install the ROI dashboard for Sales Intelligence. Installing this feature will enable you to see reports on how many Accounts, Contacts, Leads, and Opportunities were enriched and created using Demandbase.

Installing Sales Intelligence Dashboard on Salesforce Lightning

Follow these steps to configure the Sales Intelligence Dashboards on the Salesforce Lightning Interface

  • Navigate to the Home page in Salesforce Lightning.
  • Go to Setup on the top right-hand corner and click Edit Page.

  • In the resultant screen, scroll down on the left pane to click Dashboard as illustrated:

  • Drag and drop the Dashboard component to the desired location where you would like to configure the Sales Intelligence ROI Dashboard component.
  • In this screen, select the InsideView Lead Influence for the Dashboard field as illustrated:

  • Repeat the above step for InsideView Opportunity Influence and InsideView Account and Contact Influence dashboards.
  • Click Save to save the layout.

Installing Sales Intelligence Dashboard on Salesforce Classic

Follow these steps to configure the Sales Intelligence Dashboards on the Salesforce Classic Interface

  • On the Build panel, go to Customize Accounts  Page Layout.

  • The following screen appears where you can click the Edit link for an Account (Sales) Layout item:

  • Under Fields, select and drag the three Demandbase fields into Account Detail section layout. Note: Please do not edit the field properties.

  • Click Save to save the layout.

Repeat these instructions to add these fields under Leads and Contacts on the App Setup panel.
