Q: Why Security Token of the Application User is reset?
A: Security Token of the Application User 'ivappliaction@insideview.com' was reset.
Workaround: To resolve this issue, please reconfigure the Data Integrity integration setup.
Q: Why do I see an error "API limit for your CRM has been reached"?
A: You will see an error "API limit for your CRM has been reached" when the credits for your Data Integrity account is fully utilized.
Workaround: Please retry after some time.
Q: Why is an Entity Deleted?
A: Entity 'Google Inc' ({objectId}) which belongs to the process was removed from your CRM and hence could not be processed.
Q: Why do I see "A Session Timed Out" error message?
A: When a query to the CRM takes more time, then "A Session Time Out" error appears.
Workaround: Please retry after some time.
Q: How to resolve the following error message: “API access is disabled for your organization. Please ask your CRM administrator about enabling API access.”
A: If you have not enabled API access for your organization, then your CRM administrator can enable the access. For more information, read the Salesforce Online Help documentation.
Q: Why do I see the error message: “Criteria field 'website' is not accessible to the integration user.”?
A: Criteria field 'website' is not accessible to the integration user.
Workaround: Grant access to the integration user before reprocessing the records.
Q: How to resolve the following error: “Cannot execute the flow.”?
A: The Flow was inactive when the process was executed. Demandbase has deleted the flow, so you will not see this error from the next run onwards.
Q: How to resolve the following error: “Unknown"
A: An unknown error has occurred.
Workaround: Please contact support for further details.
Q: How to resolve the following error: "Datatype Mismatch."
A: This error occurs when the Data type for the field 'website' is different.
Workaround: Please correct the data type for the specified field in the CRM or correct the field mappings in Demandbase.
Q: How can I resolve: “Invalid Field” error?
A: When Data Integrity could not push data to the specified field, the "Invalid Field" error appears. For example, the 'Annual Revenue' field is no longer accessible or may have been deleted.
Workaround: Please update the field mappings or make the field accessible. Complete the steps in the following KB articles to configure the field mappings:
- Salesforce CRM: https://kb.insideview.com/hc/en-us/articles/360045614433-Configuring-Custom-Field-Mappings-in-Data-Integrity
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM: https://kb.insideview.com/hc/en-us/articles/360015599254-Configure-Field-Mapping
Q: Why do I see an error "Restricted Picklist" for the Ownership field in the CRM?
A: When Data Integrity tries to push a value that does not belong to a restricted picklist for the 'Ownership' field, the "Restricted Picklist" error appears.
Q: How can I resolve the: “Data too long" error?
A: When the data for the 'Description' field exceeds the limit of characters set for the field, the "Data Too Long" error appears. Data Integrity trims the data and pushes the value in the CRM.
Workaround: Please increase the character limit set for the field to avoid such warnings in the future.
Q: How do I resolve the issue: "An Internal Server Error"?
A: When Data Integrity is down, an internal server issue occurs.
Workaround: In case the issue persists, please report to support at Demandbase.
Q: Why do I see this error message: “Field Integrity”?
A: The field type for 'Annual Revenue' does not match with the field type of data provided by Demandbase.
Q: Why do I see this error message: “No such column 'rating' on entity 'Account'”?
A: Data Integrity shows the warning message 'No such column 'rating' on entity 'Account' when Data Integrity tries to read rating values from CRM. You can ignore this message because this will not impact on Data Integrity process execution.
