Sales Intelligence enables you to create a list of contacts using the companies you are already following on a Watchlist. The steps are:

Set up a Watchlist
First, set up a Watchlist of the companies from which you want to create a list of contacts. A simple way to do this is to copy the companies from a column on a spreadsheet, then paste them into the Watchlist. Refer to the Managing Watchlists article for more information on how to set up your Watchlist.
Build a People List from Watchlist
Create a list of employees with a certain job function at a single company of interest or for every company on a Watchlist.
To build a people list for a specific company:
Go to the List Building page
Go to Sales Intelligence CRM View and then click Build a List.
In the Sales Intelligence Web View, click the Build a List link.
|2||Select the company name||Select a desired Watchlist from the Saved List drop-down menu as illustrated:
Alternatively, click the Company Name filter in the Companies tab and enter a company name. For example, enter Microsoft and click Apply.
|3||Search for People||Apply any other applicable people filters and click Search. From the search results page, select the People tab.
In this example, the People search shows all Vice Presidents for Marketing at Microsoft as illustrated:
|4||Save the Search||If you want to save your search criteria, click Save and then enter a name for the criteria to save it for future reference.
You can modify your search criteria by removing them from the filter pane on the left or clicking the plus button. When you’ve completed your modifications, click the Export button and select where you want the contacts exported. You may also click Save to save your search criteria so that you can run this search again in the future.
