InsideView Apex lets you publish a market segment, which allows users of InsideView Sales product to view accounts that belong to a particular market segment. Here’s how:

| 1 | Log in to InsideView Apex | Log in to InsideView Admin Portal with user credentials. |
| 2 | Select a Market Segment type | Click Apex and select the Market Segments link and click on the market segment that you want to publish.

| 3 | Publish a Market Segment | Click Publish to begin the publishing process.
|
| 4 | Enter a note | In the Publishing dialog, add a note to share the reason why you want to publish this market segment, and then click Publish again.
Note: The notes that you enter in the Publish dialog, will be visible to InsideView Sales users when they view a company that belongs to this particular market segment. |
| 5 | Publish | Once a market segment is published, you can view that market segment tag associated to an account in InsideView Sales with an additional Market Segment tag as illustrated:
Note: All Salesforce CRM instances associated with your account will display the market segment tag in InsideView Sales.

| 6 | Unpublish | If you don’t want a market segment to be visible in InsideView Sales, click Unpublish.
In the Unpublishing dialog, click Unpublish.
Once the market segment is unpublished, you will no longer be able to see it in InsideView Sales. |
