Problem
Occasionally, someone who is not a connection in your LinkedIn account will display as a LinkedIn connection in your Sales Intelligence account. This can happen because the first or last name of the LinkedIn connection is incorrectly matched to a connection in the Sales Intelligence database.
Solution

| 1 | Delete Contacts | Delete all of your LinkedIn connections from your Sales Intelligence account. |
| 2 | Import Contacts afresh | Perform a new import of your LinkedIn connections from LinkedIn to Sales Intelligence. |
