The System Administrator role has full access to everything in CRM, and the InsideView Data Integrity components are always visible to users with the System Administrator role because you cannot customize this role.
To remove the InsideView Data Integrity button from your other user roles, follow these steps:

1 | Go to the Security Roles | To access the InsideView Data Integrity button within Microsoft Dynamics CRM:

2 | Remove the InsideView Data Integrity Button Entity | In the Security Role detail page, select the Custom Entities tab.
Search for the InsideView Data Integrity Update Button Entity row and deselect Create, Read, and Write Columns to make it Green to remove at the organization level. Note: The Data Integrity Update button in the Account, Contact, and Lead objects are visible only if the user has Read privilege for the InsideView Data Integrity Update Button Entity. If you remove this privilege, the user will not see this. |
3 | Remove InsideView Data Integrity Tile Entity | Search for the InsideView Data Integrity Tile Entity row and deselect Create, Read, and Write Columns to make it Green to remove at the organization level.
Note: The Data Integrity Tile is visible in the Sitemap only if the user has Read privilege for the InsideView Data Integrity Title Entity. If you remove this privilege, the user will not see this. |
4 | Remove InsideView Insights Entity | Search for the InsideView Insights Tile Entity row and deselect Create, Read, and Write Columns to make it Green to remove at the organization level.
Note: The InsideView Insights Tile is visible in the Sitemap only if the user has Read privilege for the InsideView Insights Title Entity. |
5 | Remove Insights Configuration | Search for the Insights Configuration row and deselect Create, Read, and Write Columns to make it Green to remove at the organization level.
Note: The Insights Organization Settings is visible in the Sitemap only if the user has Read privilege for the Insights Configuration entity. |
6 | Save |
Click Save and Close. Repeat these steps for all the assigned security roles. |
7 | Hide Saleshub with InsideView app | You can hide the Saleshub with InsideView app if required.
