Reviewing Matches and Updates in InsideView Refresh Spreadsheet

This article explains how to review matches and updates in the .xlsx file that you download from InsideView Refresh.

Step Description Details
1 Go to the Review Updates page On the Review Matches and Review Updates page, click Export as illustrated.

2 Review the updates in the .xlsx file

Open the updates.xlsx file and review the following details:

  • Check for the following sheets in the Excel spreadsheet:
    • All - shows updates for all lists that you defined in your InsideView Refresh lists.
    • 1_filtername - shows updates based on the first list in your InsideView Refresh account.
    • 2_filtername - shows updates based on the second list in your InsideView Refresh account.

      Note:  In the Excel file, you will see up to six separate sheets for each list as per your InsideView Refresh account settings. You can also download the .xlsx file for an individual list.

  • CRM fields are in blue color and InsideView fields appear in red colored header row. Review the Filter Name, Salesforce CRM fields and matching InsideView Refresh fields.                               

    Note: You will see updates in grey color only when the Flag Only check box is selected in the InsideView Refresh list. Otherwise, all updates are visible but they are pushed to the CRM by default.   • Once you have reviewed updates, import the spreadsheet in your Salesforce CRM.
3 Go to the Review Matches page On the Review Matches page, click Download.

4 Review the matches in the .xlsx file Open the matches .xlsx file and review the following details:
  • Check for these sheets in the Excel spreadsheet, such as:
    • Suggested Match- shows suggested matches as per your InsideView Refresh lists.
    • Un Matched - shows unmatched records as per InsideView Refresh lists.
    • In Progress- shows matches that are in progress as per InsideView Refresh lists.
    • Failed - shows failed matches as per InsideView Refresh lists. 
    • Restricted - shows restricted matches as per InsideView Refresh lists.
    • Matched - shows matched records as per InsideView Refresh lists.

  • CRM fields are in blue color and InsideView fields appear in red colored header row. Review the Filter Name, Salesforce CRM fields and matching InsideView Refresh fields. 
  • Once you have reviewed matches, import the spreadsheet in your Salesforce CRM.
