Automating and distributing Watchlists are only available to Salesforce users with Sales Intelligence Enterprise, Elite, and Target licenses.
Create an Automated Watchlist
- In Salesforce, go to the Sales Intelligence iframe. At the top right, click the three lines > Manage Watchlists.
- Click New.
- Click Automated CRM Watchlist.
- Enter a Watchlist Name.
- Click the Account Criteria drop-down to select the criteria for your watchlist. For example, select Accounts I own.
Important: Watchlists can only have 200 companies.

Account I own - Accounts owned by the user.

Open opportunities I own - All open opportunities owned by the user.

Custom Criteria - Use Salesforce fields to create a customized Watchlist.

- Click Save.
- When the companies are imported, there may be unmatched companies. Click Review matches to resolve the unmatched records.
- In the unmatched list, click Find Company to find a match for the company in Sales Intelligence.
- Search for and click the desired company match.
- Click Save.
Distribute a Watchlist
Important: There is a limit of Watchlists an administrator can distribute depending on your license. Enterprise License - 10 Watchlists and Elite License - 20 Watchlists.
- In Salesforce, go to the Sales Intelligence iframe. At the top right, click the three lines > Account Admin.
- In the left navigation pane, go to Distribute Watchlists and click Add Watchlist.
Tip: You can also distribute existing watchlists. Find a Watchlist, hover over the Send Watchlist column, and click Send to more users.
- Enter a Watchlist Name.
- Click the Account Criteria drop-down to select the criteria for your watchlist. For example, select Accounts <User> owns.

Click Next | Select Users. Choose the users you want to distribute the Watchlist to and click Done.
- Send Watchlist to all new and existing users - Sends the watchlist to all users.
- Send Watchlist to specific users - Allows you to select specific users.
- In the search bar, type in user name. Go to the desired user and hover over the Send Watchlist column. Click Send Watchlist.
