Editing an Existing Data Integrity Process

This KB article provides instructions to edit Data Integrity processes in Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics CRMs.

Follow these steps to edit an InsideView Data Integrity process:

Step Description Details
1 Go to Data Integrity Log in to your CRM with Admin credentials and navigate to the Data Integrity app in your CRM.
2 Edit the Process Click the chevron.png icon to expand the process that you want to edit.

Click the pencil.png icon to edit the process.


Notice that you cannot edit the entities (Accounts, Contacts or Leads) that are managed by the process and all other options are editable.cannot_edit_small.png
