In this release, we’ve added two new fields to export current and past employment for contacts and leads. We’ve also made all company fields available for export with the contact object.
These fields are available in Data Integrity and Sales Intelligence Cloud and the data can be exported to Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Current and Past Employments Fields
You can now use the following fields to export current and past employment for contacts and leads to custom CRM fields.
- Other Employments: Includes the title, company name, and start date listed for current employment. All current employment data will be updated to the same custom CRM field.
- Previous Employments: Includes the title, company name, start date, and end date listed for past employment. All past employment data will be updated to the same custom CRM field.
Notes:
- You must create custom fields in your CRM and map them to the new Demandbase String type fields.
- We recommend using Textarea field types for the custom fields.
Company Fields for the Contact Object
You can now export all company data fields as part of the contact object.
Note: There were no changes made to the default field mapping and the new fields are unmapped by default. To export the new fields to your CRM, you must create custom fields and map them. Any fields that remain unmapped do not appear in your CRM.
