The Data Integrity dashboard allows your account administrators to view how many records are updated over a period of time to increase operational effectiveness with better insights. The dashboard also highlights the total records that are updated by InsideView as well as how many fields have been updated in your Salesforce CRM.
Note:
- The Data Integrity dashboard for accounts, contacts, and leads is visible only to Data Integrity administrators.
- In order to view the Data Integrity analytics dashboard, you must install the latest InsideView Unified package and configure an application or integration user based on your CRM integration to establish a communication channel for data aggregation.
- You must enable the Lead to Account Mapping for fields and Account Hierarchies features your integration to view the Data Integrity Analytics dashboard. For information, read the articles Managing Account Hierarchies in Salesforce CRM and Managing Lead to Account Mapping Settings in our Knowledge Base.
- The Data Integrity dashboards are updated within 24 hours after the processes are completed successfully.
To view the Data Integrity dashboard, follow these steps:

1 | Log in to InsideView Admin Portal | Log in to InsideView Admin Portal with user credentials. |
2 | Go to Data Integrity | Select the desired Integration, click the Data Integrity link.
The Data Integrity analytics dashboard displays the Account, Contact, and Lead statistics. Note: Analytics will only be visible if you have created Data Integrity processes. 3 | View Data Integrity Analytics | In the Data Integrity analytics dashboard, you can view the analytics of Accounts, Contacts, Lead processes and you can analyze it using the following options:

4 | Check Data Integrity Analytics | You can view the Data Integrity analytics across all records or across flagged records as illustrated:
Note: If there are multiple processes for an entity (Accounts, Contacts, or Leads), you can choose to view the statistics for a single process or all processes as illustrated: |
5 | View Analytics | Go to the respective tab to view detailed statistics for records managed by Data Integrity.
Accounts: Contacts: Leads: In each page the following metric cards are shown: Match Status: Percentage of records matched and a donut chart depicting the distribution of the total records processed based on the Match Status. Match Score Distribution: Current Match Score Threshold and a donut chart depicting the distribution of the total records processed based on their match score. Fill Rates: Displays the percentage of records updated for a particular field. Also highlights the Potential Fill Rate which is based on records with updates pending review. |
