Visualizing Data Integrity Analytics for Accounts, Contacts, and Leads

The Data Integrity dashboard allows your account administrators to view how many records are updated over a period of time to increase operational effectiveness with better insights. The dashboard also highlights the total records that are updated by InsideView as well as how many fields have been updated in your Salesforce CRM.

Note:

  • The Data Integrity dashboard for accounts, contacts, and leads is visible only to Data Integrity administrators.
  • In order to view the Data Integrity analytics dashboard, you must install the latest InsideView Unified package and configure an application or integration user based on your CRM integration to establish a communication channel for data aggregation.
  • You must enable the Lead to Account Mapping for fields and Account Hierarchies features your integration to view the Data Integrity Analytics dashboard.   • The Data Integrity dashboards are updated within 24 hours after the processes are completed successfully.  

To view the Data Integrity dashboard, follow these steps:

Step Description Details
1 Log in to InsideView Admin Portal Log in to InsideView Admin Portal with user credentials.
2 Go to Data Integrity Select the desired Integration, click the Data Integrity link.

The Data Integrity analytics dashboard displays the Account, Contact, and Lead statistics.

Note: Analytics will only be visible if you have created Data Integrity processes. To know how to create a process refer to the following Knowledge Base article: Creating an Account Management Process in Salesforce CRM.

3 View Data Integrity Analytics In the Data Integrity analytics dashboard, you can view the analytics of Accounts, Contacts, Lead processes and you can analyze it using the following options:
  • Date - Allows you to change the date range, either by entering custom dates or selecting any of these quick-select options:
    • Last 1 month
    • Last 3 months
    • Last 6 months
    • Last 1 Year
    • All Time

  • All Systems - Lets you choose the Salesforce CRM integration that is integrated with InsideView Data Integrity for Account, Contact, or Lead.

4 Check Data Integrity Analytics You can view the Data Integrity analytics across all records or across flagged records as illustrated:

  • By Total Records - Displays a graph of all records Processed, Matched, and Updated by the Data Integrity process for the selected date range in the selected system.

  • By Total Field Updates - Displays a graph of fields update and flagged by the Data Integrity process for the selected date range in the selected system.

Note: If there are multiple processes for an entity (Accounts, Contacts, or Leads), you can choose to view the statistics for a single process or all processes as illustrated:

5 View Analytics Go to the respective tab to view detailed statistics for records managed by Data Integrity.

In each page the following metric cards are shown:

Match Status: Percentage of records matched and a donut chart depicting the distribution of the total records processed based on the Match Status.

Match Score Distribution: Current Match Score Threshold and a donut chart depicting the distribution of the total records processed based on their match score.

Fill Rates: Displays the percentage of records updated for a particular field. Also highlights the Potential Fill Rate which is based on records with updates pending review.

6 Understanding the Account Analytics The Account details page displays the following metrics:

  • Accounts Processed: Total number of unique accounts processed.
  • Duplicate Accounts: Total number of potential duplicate accounts detected in your CRM.
  • Out of Business: Total number of accounts in the CRM that are potentially OOB based on the current status.
  • Family Tree Linkages: Total number of accounts that are linked in the family tree through the InsideView Account Hierarchy feature.

Additionally, charts depicting the distribution of accounts based on Employees, Revenue, Industry, Company Location, Sun-Industry, and Market Segment are also shown on the Accounts page.

Note: Market Segment charts are available only if you are using InsideView Apex.

7 Understanding the Contact Analytics The Contact details page displays the following metrics:

  • Contacts Processed: Total number of unique contacts processed.
  • Duplicate Contacts: Total number of potential duplicate contacts detected in your CRM.
  • Past Employments: Number of contacts that may no longer be part of the current account. 
Additionally, charts depicting the distribution of accounts based on Email, Job Function, and Job Level are also shown on the Contacts page.
8 Understanding the Lead Analytics The Lead details page displays the following metrics:

  • Leads Processed: Total number of unique leads processed.
  • Duplicate Leads: Total number of potential duplicate leads detected in your CRM.
  • Leads Mapped to Accounts: Number of unique lead counts that are mapped to InsideView companies that are also mapped to CRM accounts.

Additionally, charts depicting the distribution of accounts based on Email, Lead Source, Job Function, Company Location, Job Level, and Market Segment are also shown on the Leads page.

Note: Market Segment charts are available only if you are using InsideView Apex.

9 Export the analytics data To export the Data Integrity Analytics from the Accounts, Contacts, and Leads pages, click Export.
